- 40 gr. Azúcar
- 250 ml. Caldo de Pollo
- 1 poca Sal
- Zumo de 1 limón

- Filetear finas las pechugas y condimentar con una poca sal.
- Preparar el rebozado, poner en un cuenco el huevo, la harina de maíz y la salsa de Soja y disolver la harina. Calentar en una sartén el aceite de oliva. Rebozar las pechugas de pollo.
- Freír y una vez cocinadas mejor colocarlas en una fuente sobre papel de cocina para que absorba el exceso de aceite.
- Poner en un cazo el caldo de pollo(en mi caso he usado de brick de Hacendado), una poca de sal, el azúcar, el vinagre de arroz y poner al fuego hasta que comience a hervir. Mientras en un vaso disolver la 1 cd. de la harina de maíz en el zumo del limón.
- Cuando comienza a hervir hay que incorporar el líquido del vaso (limón y harina de maíz disuelta) y remover hasta que espese la salsa.
- Quitar el papel de las pechugas y cortarlas en tiras sobre la fuente que se vayan a servir. Echar la salsa sobre las pechugas y listas para degustar. Ir sirviéndose.
