- Cuando tenemos todo dorado lo ponemos todo en la misma sartén con 2 cucharadas soperas de salsa de soja y medio vasito de agua con la media pastilla de avecrem o medio vaso de caldo de pollo y dejamos que la salsa reduzca.
- Si queremos más salsita, le añadimos otra cucharada de soja y agua y le ponemos un poquito de harina de maíz con un poquito de agua para que espese.
- Queda muy bueno acompañado de la receta de arroz de guarnición que tengo también subido.
