- Echamos en un wok un chorrito de aceite y sofreímos el pimiento y el calamar, ya que son los ingredientes que más tardan en cocinarse. Añadimos una pizca de sal (no mucho, puesto que el caldo de pescado ya aportará ese sabor). Si vemos que se consume el aceite antes de que estén esos ingredientes cocinados, añadimos un vaso de agua caliente. Vamos removiendo de cada poco rato.

- A esos ingredientes agregamos la cebolla y el puerro y dejamos cocinar. Si se consume el suelto, volvemos a añadir agua.

- Cuando estén más o menos hechos, añadimos las gambas y las almejas y dejamos cocinar hasta que veamos que están listas.

- Luego, a esos ingredientes sumamos los fideos junto con el vaso de caldo de pescado, los 4 vasos de agua y el colorante. Dejamos cocinar a fuego lento.
- Por último, agregamos el tomate triturado y las aceitunas cortadas en rodajas.
