- Añadir el tomate rallado y esperar a que esté caliente.
- Añadir las almejas, la cantidad es al gusto, y mover para que se abran con el calor del tomate.
- Añadir el resto del marisco menos las gambas que hemos hecho al principio, en este paso puedes ponerle el marisco al gusto, yo he añadido un poco de preparado para fideuà congelado.
- Sofreír todo bien.
- Añadir los fideos y sofreír, poner una cucharadita de pimentón dulce y remover para que se mezcle todo.
- Añadir el caldo de pescado cuando los fideos se hayan vuelto doraditos. Poner un sobrecito de azafrán.
- Dejar hervir sobre 15 minutos.
- Poner las gambas del principio por encima y esperar 5 minutos más.
- Apagar el fuego y tapar para que repose.
