- Una vez salteado todo, añadimos las dos cucharadas de tomate frito y mezclamos.
- Después, añadimos el pimentón dulce, la hoja de laurel y un vaso de cerveza.
- Dejamos que se evapore el alcohol.
- Una vez evaporado, añadimos los fideos y 1 litro de agua con la pastilla de pescado. Mezclamos.
- Dejamos hervir y poco a poco vamos añadiendo las chirlas, los mejillones y los calamares.
- Por último, cuando queden un par de minutos, añadimos el colorante y los gambones.
- Mezclamos y cuando veamos que ya está listo, apagamos el fuego y dejamos reposar 5 minutos.
