  4. Añade el caldo, no es necesario que esté caliente, y deja que hierva. Echa el fideuá entonces y repártelo de manera uniforme. Una pizca de colorante y baja el fuego. Coloca los langostinos. Unos 15 minutos desde que hierve para que el fideo de encima se haga bien. Rectifica sal si es necesario.
