  7. En una sartén con una cucharada de aceite saltear unos minutos los fideos. Añadirlos a la cazuela y añadir el fumet bién caliente, cubriendo los fideos. sazonar y poner unas hebras de azafrán ,seguir poniendo fumet si hace falta hasta que esté lista la fideuà.
  8. Mientras en una sartén freír las gambas y poner el aceite de freirlas en la cazuela de la fideuà.
  9. Cuando esté casi hecha poner los trozos de rape que hemos reservado y las gambas por encima . Una vez acabada dejar reposar unos minutos ó gratinarla 5 minutos en el horno.
  10. Adornar la fideuà, con trozos de limón.
