  9. Dejar que los fideos absorban el caldo sin moverlos mucho durante 15-20 min aprox o hasta que se quede sin caldo y dejar otro dos o tres min reposar con el fuego apagado.
  10. Y listo para servir!!. El reposo sirve para que los fideos acaben de ponerse de punta.
