  4. Remover si es necesario agregar un poco de caldo si al probar aún está duro el fideo. Cuando esté cocido verán que el fideo se queda como parado. Debe quedar sin jugo. Sacar del fuego y dejar reposar tapado.
  5. Para el alioli ponemos en un recipiente adecuado como para hacer mayonesa, las yemas y los ajos chafados o rallados. Agregamos un chorrito de aceite y revolver con palo de mortero. Podés probar con una cuchara.
    Ir agregando aceite de chorrito y revolver como si hicieras mayonesa pero sin la clara. Agregar una pizca de sal (a gusto). La sal ayuda a que se endurezca.
  6. Se sirve en plato y se agrega alioli.
