- En un cazo con agua y sal cocemos las vainas de edemame, escurrimos, pelamos y reservamos

- Una vez hechas las verduras añadimos los fideos de fideuá y la mezcla del majado. Rehogamos y añadimos el caldo de pescado y unas hebras de azafrán. Dejamos cocer unos 5-6 minutos



- Salamos los filetes de merluza, cortamos en trozos grandes y los añadimos a la sartén y dejamos otros 4-5 minutos. Entonces añadimos el edemame. Dejamos otros 2 minutos y añadimos los langostinos



- Dejamos que terminen de hacerse los fideos, retiramos del fuego y dejamos reposar 5 minutos.
