- Cubrimos con agua, aproximadamente 2 vasos, y dejamos que se haga todo junto a fuego medio 10 minutos. Agregamos el colorante alimenticio, removemos y dejamos que los fideos se terminen de hacer, aproximadamente 5-10 minutos más.
