  5. Después de cocinarlo, le ponemos el agua.... 2,5-3 litros. Aunque depende de la pasta, marca y tamaño. Si véis que después sobra le podréis quitar.
  6. Le ponemos el colorante y una cucharada de sal. Lo cocinamos a fuego medio hasta que baje un dedo el agua.
  7. Añadimos la pasta y la cocemos poco menos de 10 min.
  8. La tenemos cuando quede un poquito de caldo por debajo de los fideos.
