- Después montar las yemas y agregar el azúcar en forma de hilo. Integra el licor café,

- Vamos a hacer nuestro caramelo, poniendo el azúcar y el agua a fuego lento, hasta que esta tenga una temperatura de 115°C.


- Agregar el jarabe el forma de hilo a velocidad media.


- Integraremos la grenetina previamente derretida, de forma envolvente.

- Acremar el queso crema y reservar.

- Sobre el queso crema incorpora la mezcla, y con un batidor globo integralo. Y por último Incorpora toda la crema a la mezcla de forma envolvente.



- Para comenzar a armar nuestro tiramisú; mojamos las galletas en el jarabe de café y formaremos la base con las soletas.


- Pondremos la mitad del relleno y repetiremos el paso. Por último lleva al refrigerar por 30 min.
