  5. 400 gramos queso crema sin sal
  6. 250 gramos crema de leche

  10. 14 gramos gelatina sin sabor
  11. cacao en polvo
  12. 36 vainillas
  13. 150 cc café

Steps to make to make Tiramisú

  1. Hacer almíbar con el azúcar y agua para cubrir. Llevar a fuego muy suave hasta disolver el azúcar, de lo contrario se hace caramelo.
  2. Batir las yemas en batidora eléctrica hasta quedar color limón. Dejar que el almíbar pierda las burbujas y agregar de a poco hasta que quede cremoso.
  3. Hacer merengue cocido con las claras y la taza de azúcar. Para eso colocar todo en un bowl y llevar a fuego directo muy suave(en la hornalla más chica y al mínimo) Revolver con batidor de alambre hasta disolver el azúcar. Luego retirar y batir hasta el punto de merengue.
  4. En otro bowl colocar: queso crema, crema de leche batida a medio punto, yemas batidas y gelatina hidratada en 1/4 taza de agua y calentada 1 minuto en el microondas.
  5. Por último incorporar el merengue.
  6. Forrar un molde cuadrado con 12 vainillas con la parte azucarada hacia abajo. Mojar con café, espolvorear con cacao.Dividir la crema en dos. Volcar una Porción de crema. Colocar 12 vainillas nuevamente, mojar con café y espolvorear con cacao. Volcar la otra Porción de crema y terminar con vainillas. Llevar a heladera hasta el día siguiente.
  7. Desmoldar y espolvorear con cacao.
