Una vez tengamos la mezcla finalizada, cogemos una bandeja, la típica de horno, donde lo montaremos.
  5. Mojaremos poco a poco los bizcochos en el café con el licor amaretto sin empaparlos mucho. Colocaremos una base de crema en el fondo y ponemos la primera capa de bizcochos. Después de la primera capa ponemos otra capa de crema de queso y una capa de cacao en polvo. Esto lo repetimos dos veces hasta montar dos capas.
  6. Dejamos reposar en la nevera 2 horas como mínimo y a disfrutar.
