- Una vez que empieza a burbujear uniformemente y las burbujas sean del tamaño de una moneda de 5 pesos, verter un poco en agua y si se puede formar una bola ya esta y apagar.


- Incorporar el jarabe a las yemas y batir, hasta que el bowl esté a temperatura ambiente.

- Realizar el licor de café con el café, azúcar, agua y licor, llevar fuego y listo.

- Acremar el queso mascarpone

- Hidratar la grenetina con el agua y meter al microondas hasta tener una consistencia líquida

- Incorporar la grenetina al paté a bombe

- Incorporar la mezcla al queso y reservar.

- Sacar las soletas del horno y dejar enfriar.

- Batir la crema lyncott hasta formar picos suaves.


- Incorporar un poco de la crema para después ir incorporando toda.


- Meter las soletas al licor de café

- Formar una capa de soletas en un aro circular.

- Verter encima la mezcla y poner canela este procedimiento lo repetimos 2 veces.

- Una vez listo llevamos a refrigeración y listo.
