- Hacemos el café (con una cafetera si tenemos, si no se puede hacer con el café soluble en agua) y lo dejamos enfriar
- Separar las claras de las yemas y conservar ambas en distintos recipientes.
- Batimos las yemas junto al azúcar hasta que el azúcar se disuelve por completo (es más fácil con batidora, pero a mano queda igual de bien)
- Añadimos el queso mascarpone a las yemas con azúcar y lo mezclamos
- Batir las claras del huevo con una pizca de sal (muy poca) hasta que queden bien sólidas (lo ideal es que des la vuelta al bol y no se caigan, pero es muy difícil)
- Añadimos la mitad de las claras batidas a la mezcla con todo lo demás, con mucho cuidado para que no se desmonten
- Ponemos un poco de la crema en el molde que vayamos a usar para que sirva de base al tiramisú
- Pasamos los bizcochitos por el café y hacemos una capa entera de bizcochos sobre la base del tiramisú
- Cuando esté completa la capa la recubrimos con la crema, después otra capa de bizcochos mojados de café y otra capa de crema
- Por último ponemos un poco de cacao en polvo sobre el tiramisú
- Dejarlo en la nevera al menos un par de horas antes de comerlo
