- Queso
- 400 grs Queso Mascarpone o Finlandia
- 250 ml nata o crema de leche
- Almíbar de café

- 100 ml agua
- 125 ml café hecho, disolver una cuchara de café en agua
- Relleno
- 400 grs dulce de leche
- 150 grs dulce de leche clásico
- 30 vainillas aprox
- Cacao para espolvorear
- Termómetro (opcional)
- Molde a gusto yo usé cuadrado

- Primero Mezclamos las yemas, azúcar y agua para el Sabayón. Este molde usé yo podés usar de plástico.



- Cocinamos el Sabayón a baño maría mezclando continuamente hasta llegar a 83°. Yo estuve aproximadamente cocinándolo 15' sino tenés termómetro debe quedar espumoso y caliente. Con una textura más bien espesa



- Logrado el punto lo llevamos a batidora y a velocidad máxima batimos hasta que enfríe. Debe quedar bien blanco y cremoso. Lo probas y ya es una delicia...



- Luego incorporamos el queso y mezclamos con espátula y reservamos.



- Batimos la nata hasta llegar a un punto medio y lo incorporamos a la mezcla anterior. Reservamos...



- Preparamos el almíbar de café cocinamos el agua y azúcar hasta que el azúcar se disuelva. Sacamos del fuego y añadimos el café.



- Ya tenemos la mezcla de queso, el almíbar, Mezclamos los dulces de leches. Ahora comenzamos a armar el postre primero bañamos las vainillas en el almíbar de café. Y vamos colocándo en el molde



- Agregamos una capa de dulce de leche y esparcimos. Luego colocamos una capa de la mezcla de queso y esparcimos. Y volvemos a bañar las vainillas y colocamos otra capa



- Continuamos con otra capa de dulce de leche y luego de queso. Esparcimos bien y llevamos a heladera mínimo 3 horas



- Una vez frío espolvoreamos con cacao en polvo y wuala bomba de postre una delicia. Feliz con esta receta. Lleva su tiempo pero bien vale la pena.
