- Esencia de vainilla
- Jugo de limón (unas gotitas)

- Ponemos la crema de leche en un bowl con las cucharadas de azúcar y la batimos hasta punto medio (sin que se formen picos, para evitar que luego se corte). Agregamos la leche condensada, unas gotitas de jugo de limón y el queso mascarpone y batimos un poco para unir.
- Calentamos en microondas o a baño María la gelatina para que se disuelva. Una vez líquida, la agregamos a la crema. Importante no dejar de batir para que no se formen bolitas de gelatina.
- Seguir batiendo la crema hasta que vaya teniendo más consistencia, no más de 3 minutos para que no se corte. Guardar en heladera.
- Mientras, preparamos el café que tiene que estar bien fuerte. Vamos remojando las vainillas y acomodando la primer capa en el molde.
Como molde usé uno desmontable de 26 cm y le puse un film (puede ser papel aluminio también) en la base para que sea más fácil sacar el postre. - Acomodadas las galletitas remojadas en café, ponemos la primera capa de crema. Así 2 veces más, hasta que queden 3 capas de galletitas y crema.
- Opcional se puede rallar chocolate y ponerlo por encima o espolvorer cacao amargo.
- Llevar a heladera por mínimo 3 hs antes de desmoldar.
