  5. Desgrasamos el caldo con un cacillo quitando la parte grasa que queda flotando arriba. Añadimos lo que hemos batido y movemos la olla en círculos para integrarlo todo. Incorporamos el embutido, la panceta y el jamón en trozos y ponemos a hervir durante otros 10 minutos moviendo de vez en cuando, siempre moviendo la olla.
