- Preparar el zumo de las naranjas endulzarlo o no es opcional, colarlo por si se nos escapa alguna semilla
- Primero debemos bañar los savoiardi en el zumo de naranja uno por uno (pero no bañarlos mucho) y colocarlos en el molde de lado a lado y poner encima una capa de la crema cubriéndolos
- Al final debe quedar 2 capas de crema y 2 de savoiardi alternadas, pero de ultimo la capa que debe quedar es la de crema, adornar con la cascara de la naranja y la viruta de chocolate
- Os aconsejo de usar una manga pastelera para la ultima capa y hacer una bonita decoración con la crema. Meter el tiramisu a la refrigeradora y ya es pronto. Se puede preparar desde temprano o un día antes así los ingredientes, sabores y aromas se impregnan. Saludos Chele!! Buon Appetito
