  1. Preparar el café y dejar enfriar
  2. Empezamos separado claras y yemas. Batimos las yemas con los 100 gr de azúcar hasta que tome color amarillito
  3. Así Y lo guardamos en la heladera mientras
  4. Batimos las claras a punto nieve cuando están listas reservamos
  5. Batimos la crema de leche con las 4 cucharadas de azúcar con mucho cuidado de no cortarla o pasarse de batido
  6. En un bols.más grande empezamos a poner las mezclas (Claras. Yemas. Crema de leche y el casamcrem integrando bien con espátula con movimientos envolventes
  7. Integrar hasta que quede bien tarda un poco pero se integra bien
  8. Así nos queda
  9. Preparamos un molde desmontable o uno bien forrado con papel manteca o film. Pasamos las vainillas por el café y acomodamos formando un piso
  10. Poner un poco de mezcla
  11. Otro piso de vainillas mojadas en el café. Otra capa de la mezcla hasta terminar todo
  12. Lo topamos bien y si queremos bien firme llevar al frezzer de 2 a 3 horas
  13. Desmoldamos y con un colador espolvoreamos cacao en todo el tiramisú. Para formar dibujos corte una hoja con tijera de puntillas en tiras y las puse sobre el tiramisú. Después puse azúcar impalpable en el colador y espolvorear sobre las líneas que quedan libres
