Con motivo de mi cumpleaños estuve buscando algo sofisticado para agasajarme no sabía si lemon pié o ttiranis. Y me decidí por el último. Así que hice una búsqueda exhaustiva de recetas sin azúcar y ningula me convencía. Por lo que opté por cambiar algunos detalles de las ligth habituales

  7. Vainilla
  8. Crema:
  9. 1 pote (500 grs) queso magro de untar yo usé el casancrem

  12. Café fuerte (200 cc de agua con 5 cditas de café)
  13. 50 cc martini rosso
  14. 1 caja Chantilly ligth aprobada por la ADU
  15. Para la chantilly: los dos sobres de la caja
  16. 350 cc leche descremada
  17. 150 cc agua y un sobre de gelatina sin sabor
  18. 6 sobrecitos edulcorante
  19. Caco amargo

  1. Bizcochuelo: apartar las claras y batirlas a nieve.
  2. Las yemas con el edulcorante y la vainilla batidas con batidora hasta que cambien de color(más claritas) y luego le agrego la leche. A esa preparación le agrego la harina tamizada y luego de forma envolvente las claras a nieve.
  3. Yo utulizé la asadera pizzera. La rectangular grande. Le puse papel de horno, rocío vegetal y puse el bizcocho 20 min a fuego medio.
  4. Crema: preparar la crema chantilly. Con los dos sobrecitos de crema y 350cc de leche descremada. Batir hasta medio punto. Cuando está es medio punto le agrego los 150cc de agua con la gelatina sin sabor.
  5. La gelatina sin sabor se prepara en 1/2 taza de agua se deja hidratar 10 minutos y luego se vuelve a disolver en el microondas por 20 segundos. Luego se agrega a la preparación que vamos a utilizar
  6. Se bate un poco más con batidora y luego se le agrega el queso de untar, el edulcorante y vainilla.
  7. El bizcocho una vez fuera del horno se corta en porciones del tamaño de una plantilla.
  8. Se toma cada trozo se sumerge en el café con marini y se acomoda en el taper. Luego va la crema y luego otra capa de bizcocho así hasta terminar la crema.
  9. Por arriba yo le heché cacao amargo y quedó espectacular.
