  5. Colar el fumet y sacar el tomate, un poco de cebolla y la zanahoria. Devolver 1 Litro a la olla (enjuagada por si hay alguna espina) y triturar en el otro litro y pico lo que hemos reservado.
  6. Poner todo junto en la Olla y batir bien. Desespumar y volver a colar todo 2 veces, que no queden trozos. Y poner a calentar el caldo con una hoja de laurel.
  7. Echar los fideos a la sartén, darle unas vueltas y entonces echar el caldo. Ver tiempo de fabricante y listo!
