- Rellenar con esta mezcla el bol con el bizcocho que tenemos en la nevera. Reservar otra media hora en la nevera

- Después, tapamos con más tiras remojadas en la mezcla de café y licor y volvemos a refrigerar. Entretanto...
- Fundimos el chocolate al baño María. Esperamos que se enfríe y lo mezclamos con la otra mitad de crema de mascarpone. Echamos en el molde y congelamos.

- Cuando está bien congelado...(yo lo he preparado el día anterior para asegurarme.) podemos dejarlo boca abajo en una bandeja hasta que el solo caerá, desmoldándose. Espolvoreamos con cacao en polvo, y lo decoramos con nata montada alrededor., o como yo, hierbabuena fresca y unas moras.
